I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist a graduate of the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, King College London, widely recognised as one of the foremost training colleges for Clinical Hypnotherapy in the UK.

I have also received specialist training in smoking cessation, depression, trauma and phobias, and am a certified Meridian Energy Therapy Practitioner.

Background

Having enjoyed a challenging and rewarding career spanning twenty-two years working with adults and young people within the Criminal Justice System, and still wanting a career where I felt I could make a positive difference in peoples lives, help others to feel better about themselves and realise their full potential, I re-trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a reflexologist.

I have for many years been fascinated by the mind/body connection and how we have such untapped, unlimited potential.
